This position will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and screening passive and active candidates. You will conduct cold and warm prospecting calls to qualify candidates over the phone. Learn prospecting and recruiting techniques all while teaming with our Recruiting Team and VP of Talent to ensure a successful process.


This is a contract to hire position and part of our 10-week Recruiter Development program.


Business Function: Sales & Talent Acquisition


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify candidates through outbound calls and email communications.
  • Engage with potential candidates that fit our client profiles and introduce them to Brine Group.
  • Schedule follow-up calls for Account Manager's through Maxhire (CRM) and Outlook.
  • Prepare and send appropriate follow-up, marketing and collateral materials via email to prospective candidates as well as clients.
  • Must be able to consistently produce a high volume of outbound sales and marketing activities (phone calls, emails, social media outreaches)

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (either completed or in progress) with a high GPA.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sense of humor and high degree of empathy strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor and presence via phone and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple tasks and being able to learn new processes & concepts quickly.
  • Must be highly motivated and possess positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work independently with results orientated work ethic.
  • This role is based in Burlington, MA, and may require occasional client visits in the greater Boston area

While experiencing on-the-job training, you will be participating in our classroom training program. The compensation plan for a college graduate is a base salary plus commission on all sales. Expected first year compensation can range between $50,000 and $80,000 plus depending on performance and sales results. Second year and beyond can reach into the six figure level.
