Customer Service Manager (Specimen Processing, Outreach, Phleb)

Day Shift

Salary range: $74K - $90K

Location: Newburyport, MA

  • Oversees daily operations of clerical and phlebotomy functions in lab specimen processing areas and offsite drawing stations, with emphasis on service excellence.
  • Develops and oversees standard operating procedures and monitors quality assurance, and develops staff training.
  • Monitors courier service and laboratory outreach operations, incl. marketing of lab services and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Total staff: 32
  • 6 offsite drawing stations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Laboratory leadership experience.
  • Phlebotomy skills, and ability to train Phlebotomists.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred, but appropriate experience will be considered in place of a degree.
