Account Development/ Management Specialist - Technology Staffing Solutions
Office Location: Chelmsford, MA, with the option of some remote work

Brine Group, a privately owned recruiting and placement firm placing high value on integrity and client relationships, has operated successfully for more than 18 years. We have a tremendous amount of repeat business from our current clients, and we are developing new client partnerships on a regular basis.


Up until 2 years ago, the majority of our focus had been on permanent placement, but in the last 2 years we have also been offering our clients a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution as well as Contract/Temp solution. Due to the demand, it is our goal to continue to grow all 3 staffing solutions in the Technology Division.


As the Account Development Specialist, Technology Division, you have the opportunity to step into a newly created role & grow out this Division. You will be responsible for establishing & maintaining client relationships on a local & national basis. You will work directly with decision makers in understanding their hiring needs, negotiating contracts, & closing on assignments.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in account development/ sales/ account management in the Technology/IT staffing industry with a track record of success.
  • Experience as a Recruiter in the Technology industry is a plus. (If you prefer to do both biz dev and recruiting, that is an option for this position.)
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and succeed in a faced paced environment.
  • Ability to prospect for new business, develop relationships and close business.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency and a drive for financial reward.
