The majority of our focus has been on permanent placement, but we have dabbled in contracting based on our clients' needs. It is our goal to grow a Technology Contracts Division so we can be a full-service recruiting resource to our clients.As an Account Manager/ Business Development Manager, Technology Contracts Division, you have the opportunity to step into a newly created role and build out the Contracts Division. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships on a local and national basis. You will work directly with decision makers in establishing contract staffing needs, negotiating contracts, and closing on assignments.Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales/ business development/ account management in the Technology/IT staffing industry. Ability to work independently, multi-task and succeed in a faced paced environment. Ability to prospect for new business, develop relationships and close business.
