Registered Nurse, Adult Foster Care
$6K Retention Bonus
Location: several openings throughout eastern and central Massachusetts

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide and/or supervise basic and skilled nursing services for each member
  • Coordination, development, and on-going review of Care Plans
  • Monitoring of all members to ensure the effectiveness of AFC service
  • Review and implement physician orders, including semi-annual and annual physician reviews
  • On-site visits for admission, significant change, and monthly or bi-monthly as required
  • Assure nurses' notes are written at least monthly, and address significant changes in member conditions


  • Current Massachusetts Nursing License
  • Ideally 1+ years of recent experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled adults, however new grads are encouraged to apply
  • Commitment to quality care, and the multidisciplinary team approach
  • Competence in CPR and First Aid
  • Must have reliable transportation at all times, and ability to do frequent commuting within your assigned area
