Our client provides caregivers and member families with financial relief and the comfort that comes with comprehensive service.Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall administration of AFC RN/CM MassHealth funded program including program planning/development and oversight to all Registered Nurses and Care Managers. This program is managed in accordance with MassHealth AFC guidelines. Oversee training, supervision and evaluation of Supervisor(s) and Lead(s). In conjunction with Human Resource representative, participates in the recruitment and hiring process. Evaluate Lead and Supervisory staff at initial 90 day from start date and continue annually using standardized evaluation measures. Establish concrete and measurable goals with staff to meet departmental goals. Develop and oversee systems and procedures that ensure compliance with all Massachusetts regulator and AFC program requirements, and that related documentation is completed in a timely manner. Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Registered Nurse role and service delivery methods and internal operating procedures for AFC member/caregiver program to ensure AFC program growth and integrity which include goals and objectives as set forth by Senior Management are being met. Ensure Registered Nurses meets COA accreditation standards by actively and collaboratively monitoring and reporting on quality standards for this department and work closing with the Director of Quality and Assurance. Active Member of the Performance Quality Improvement and Risk Management meetings and provide feedback and updates on current outcomes and plans of actions set place for the department. Participate in professional development opportunities.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with 4 years of experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled adults, OR a Master's Degree in Nursing with 2 years of experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled adults. Current Licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. 2+ years of supervisory experience. Demonstrated leadership ability. Commitment to quality care, and the multidisciplinary team approach. Training and experience in working with people diagnosed or undiagnosed mental illness, cognitive and/or intellectual disabilities. Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook 365 and computer experience. Competence in CPR and First Aid.
