My Client continues to grow, and is looking for a desktop support engineer with an ability to prioritize and communicate well with internal users.
- Oversee and assign internal help desk tickets.
- Help resolve more serious escalations.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot computers and applications (PCs and Macs).
- Manage Windows updates, scans, etc.
- Be responsible for budgeting, licensing, purchasing, etc.
- 3+ years Desktop Support experience (PC and Mac)
- Some network troubleshooting experience.
