My Client continues to grow, and is looking for a desktop support engineer with an ability to prioritize and communicate well with internal users.

You will:

  • Oversee and assign internal help desk tickets.
  • Help resolve more serious escalations.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot computers and applications (PCs and Macs).
  • Manage Windows updates, scans, etc.
  • Be responsible for budgeting, licensing, purchasing, etc.

You have:

  • 3+ years Desktop Support experience (PC and Mac)
  • Some network troubleshooting experience.
